Wolfgang Stefan Schwaiger in Antwerp and Cologne

Tyrolean baritone Wolfgang Stefan Schwaiger, a member of the Cologne Opera ensemble and recently seen as Papageno in “The Magic Flute,” will perform in November at the Opera and Ballet Theater Flanders, which plays in Antwerp and Ghent. There, he will take on the role of Falke in a semi-staged performance of Johann Strauss’ operetta “The Bat”, seeking revenge against Gabriel Eisenstein. He will also be in Cologne until January, performing as the Donkey in the family opera “Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten” (“Town Musicians of Bremen”) by Attila Kadri Şendil.
