Maximilian Mayer in “Madame Pompadour” at the Lehár Festival in Bad Ischl

Currently still on stage as Tamino at the Staatstheater Kassel, German tenor Maximilian Mayer will make his role debut as Count René in Leo Fall’s operetta “Madame Pompadour” at the Lehár Festival in Bad Ischl, Austria, where both the Count and his friend are captivated by the Marquise who, just a little earlier, was the butt of their jokes.
