The tenor Matteo Macchioni, originally from Sassuolo, has appeared as a Rossini and Mozart tenor at the Oper Leipzig, the Royal Danish Opera (Copenhagen), the Maggio Musicale di Firenze, and other major venues. He now makes a guest appearance at the Royal Opera House Muscat in Oman, where he takes on the role of Spoletta in Puccini’s Tosca.
