Ian Spinetti in Monteverdi’s “The Coronation of Poppea” at the Theater Bremen

Concluding a challenging first season with roles as varied and diverse as Prior Walter in “Angels in America,” Brighella and the Dancing Master in “Ariadne auf Naxos,” and Cornelius Hackl in “Hello, Dolly!,” young Brazilian tenor Ian Spinetti appears in Tatjana Gürbaca’s production of Monteverdi’s “The Coronation of Poppea” in several roles: Lucano, Liberto, and the Second Soldier. The production is conducted by Christoph Spering.
