Tyrolean bass-baritone Matthias Hoffmann, most recently on stage as Figaro (“Le nozze di Figaro”) at the Oper Köln where he is a member of the permanent ensemble, is travelling to Teheran: On July 12th and 13th, he is soloist at a gala concert with the Austro-Iranian Symphony Orchestra under Peter Sommerer. While there, he will also work with young Iranian singers as part of a vocal-training workshop.
