Alexander Medem at the Haydn Birthplace in Rohrau

German-Peruvian director Alexander Medem has a knack for inspiring children with music, rhythm, instruments, and the stories they can tell. This time, he tells the tale of “Star Witch Elesemond” with dance, acting, singing, and a cello in a sound installation by Sophie Reyer at the Haydnhaus Rohrau. Medem also interprets Sophie Reyer’s music for piano and cajon himself, becoming part of the ensemble with Valerie Klein (vocals and dance) and Ana Laura Dominguez on cello.
