Sophie Rennert as Cherubino in Munich and as Piacere in Vienna

After Händel’s “Agrippina” in Paris, Austrian mezzo-soprano Sophie Rennert returns to Munich and mounts the Gärtnerplats Theater’s stage as Cherubino in Mozart’s “Le nozze di Figaro”, in a production by Josef E. Köpplinger under Michael Balke.

With Rubén Dubrovsky and his Bach Consort Wien, she performs as Piacere in Händel’s “Il trionfo del tempo e del disinganno” at the Musiktheater an der Wien, which, during ongoing renovations at its main venue, continues to play in the Museumsquartier.
