Baritone Wolfgang Stefan Schwaiger, a member of the Cologne Opera ensemble and known for roles such as Papageno, Guglielmo, Dandini, Valentin, and Lescaut, will take on the role of Silvano in Jan Philipp Gloger’s new production of Verdi’s “Un ballo in maschera”. The musical direction is in the hands of Italian conductor Giuliano Carella.
