Wearing his hat as artistic director of the Oper Burg Gars Festival, Mo. Johannes Wildner just concluded his sixth successful festival summer; for those who were unable to attend in person, the festival web site has video clips of this year’s “Fidelio”. In September, Johannes Wildner joins the Sonderjylland Symfoniorkester in Sønderborg as the orchestra’s new Principal Conductor; his debut offering to the public are three concerts with works by Nielsen, Beethoven, Stravinsky, Elgar, and Sibelius.
