Young bass Oliver Sailer, whom we will also hear this season in the title role of Massenet’s Don Quichotte at the Tiroler Landestheater Innsbruck, has a very personal tradition. Every year, he returns to where it all began for him: the Basilica of Wilten and the Wiltener Sängerknaben, of which he was a member as a child. Together with them he will perform Johann Sebastian Bach’s Christmas Oratorio as a soloist.
