Don Ottavio in Mozart’s “Don Giovanni” is yet another important role in Maximilian Mayer’s Mozart repertoire, and the tenor looks forward to his role debut on the stage of the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz in Munich, only a few weeks from now. As an aside, this season will also see him as Ferrando in “Così fan tutte” and as Tamino in “The Magic Flute”.
