It’s probably the dream role of every German-speaking bass: Baron Ochs von Lerchenau in “Der Rosenkavalier” by Richard Strauss.
The Tyrolean bass Florian Spiess is now making his debut in this role at the Stadttheater Bremerhaven under the musical direction of Marc Niemann in a production by Julius Theodor Semmelmann.
