Having lived the difficulty of even contemplating a career as a singer himself, counter-tenor Fabrice di Falco has made it his goal to open the way for as many of his fellow singers from the French Overseas Territories as he possibly can.
A large part of this endeavour is the competition “Les Voix des Outre Mer” which takes place for the fifth time this year. The contest offers winners the opportunity to give concerts which are moderated and enriched (Youtube) by Mr di Falco in front of a live audience. The events are often dedicated to the memory of Christiane Eda Pierre (Youtube), the great Martinican soprano who left us all too soon in September of 2020.
