Corina Koller and Maximilian Mayer as Rosalinde and Alfred in Die Fledermaus

Soprano Corina Koller and tenor Maximilian Mayer recently found great success with Mozart: She as Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte at the Graz Opera, and he as Tamino in The Magic Flute in Angers and Rennes, France. Now, they turn again to the operetta genre. For the 200th birthday of Johann Strauss II, the Niederösterreichische Tonkünstler Orchestra under Sascha Goetzel will perform a concert titled “The World in Three-Quarter Time” at the Wolkenturm in Grafenegg. In the second part of the concert, these “sounds of home” will merge with a Fledermaus special yielding the essence of Austrian music: A distinguished ensemble featuring Corina Koller as Rosalinde, Maximilian Mayer as Eisenstein, Daniela Fally as Adele, and Daniel Schmutzhard as Frank, Dr. Falke, and Dr. Blind, will bring the charm of the golden operetta to the Wolkenturm.
