Engaged at the National Theatre Mannheim since the beginning of the 2024/25 season, Anton Legkii now takes on the musical direction of his first new production at this venue: In the comedic yet biting theatrical satire on power games, excesses, and intrigues, The Impresario by Domenico Cimarosa, he brings his great talent for colours, nuances, and expression in the orchestra to life as he offers, together with director Annika Nitsch, the audience an ironic glimpse behind the scenes of the theatre business.
