Never change a winning team: After their great success last summer with L’elisir d’amore at the Opera Burg Gars, the directing team of Carolin Pienkos and Cornelius Obonya has been invited back for summer 2025 to direct Verdi’s La Traviata. Levente Török also returns as musical director. Together, they will bring the tragic love story between the courtesan Violetta Valéry, sung by Hila Fahima, and the young bourgeois Alfredo Germont, sung by Filip Filipović, to life.
