Staatsoper Unter den Linden: Siyabonga Maqungo as Jaquino in “Fidelio”

Following up on his thrilling role debut as Belmonte in Mozart’s “Die Entführung aus dem Serail” at the Oper Burg Gars earlier this summer, Siyabonga Maqungo debuts as Jaquino in Beethoven’s “Fidelio” at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin; the production is staged and conducted by Harry Kupfer and Alexander Soddy.
