Christoph Seidl, the young Austrian bass and member of the ensemble of the Aalto-Theater in Essen, takes on the part of the Hermit in Carl Maria von Weber’s 1821 Romantic opera “Der Freischütz” as Tatjana Gürbaca’s production returns to the stage with Yoel Gamzou holding the baton.
