Nora Sourouzian has presented her evocative interpretation of Azucena (“Il trovatore”) in cities such as Graz, Essen and Copenhagen. Now, she debuts, in this role, at the Seattle Opera. This time, she will avenge her mother under Carlo Montanaro’s baton in a production staged by Dan Wallace Miller, all in the excellent acoustics of Seattle’s McCaw Hall.
