Johannes Wildner is traveling to the Celloherbst am Hellweg festival (October 10th and 11th) in Holzwickede and Dortmund to conduct two concerts with cello soloist Daniel Müller-Schott playing works by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and Ernest Bloch.
On October 25th, he is due on the rostrum of the Maribor Symphony Orchestra for the world première of a work by Slovene composer Jani Golob, followed by Bruckner’s First Symphony.
The very next day – October 26th is Austria’s National Holiday – will see Maestro Wildner in the Golden Hall of the Wiener Musikverein to lead the Wiener Johann Strauss Orchestra through a gala concert.
