In all industries, there is unrest in the face of the advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI). We will definitely not be able to stop AI, so we should rather focus on tasks that we humans can undoubtedly do better — and those are the tasks that make us indispensable as artist agents and distinguish us from each other: empathy with artists in consultation and career building, creativity in finding solutions for organizers, and responsibility for the art, which is such a special balm for our souls!
And if AI takes on much of the organizational work, such as writing artist biographies in different lengths and languages, creating travel plans, coordinating schedules, etc., then it leaves us more time for our actual work!
