Rather busy these days is Katharina Ruckgaber, the German soprano. At home, at the Theater Freiburg, she is Ännchen in Carl Maria con Weber’s “Der Freischütz”; then, there is a Christmas concert with the Zuger Sinfonietta under Daniel Huppert, and in Massy and Paris, she joins the Orchestre National de France under Vaclav Luks to sing Johann Sebastian Bach’s Christmas oratorio. New Year’s Eve she celebrates with Daniel Huppert and the Bergische Symphoniker, with a musical “Reise mit dem Orientexpress”.
