Right on time for the end of the school year, the traditional open-air concert, the Prater Picnic of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra on the Kaiserwiese in Vienna’s Prater, will once again take place this year. With a colourful programme ranging from pop and musical theatre to classical music, soprano Ilia Staple, tenor Rolando Villazón and Austrian songwriter Teya will appear on stage under the musical direction of Holly Hyun Choe. The concert will be broadcast live with a slight delay on ORF2 on Jul 2 at 20:15.
