For her portrayal of Ännchen in Carl Maria von Weber’s Der Freischütz at the Bregenz Festival, soprano Katharina Ruckgaber is nominated for the Austrian Music Theater Prize 2025 for Best Supporting Role. This summer, there will be another opportunity to see her in this spectacular production by Philipp Stölzl.
Additionally, she will guest at the Klosters Music Festival alongside the Munich Chamber Orchestra under Enrico Onofri, Anna Stéphany, alto, Werker Güra, tenor, and James Atkinson, baritone, for the soprano part in Haydn’s Nelson Mass.
