A short break in the rehearsals for Britten\u2019s \u201cBilly Budd\u201d at the Musiktheater im Revier in Gelsenkirchen takes baritone\u00a0Dominik K\u00f6ninger<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to the\u00a0Berlin Philharmonic<\/a>\u00a0for a concert with the Akademie f\u00fcr Alte Musik under Stefan Schuck. He joins tenor\u00a0Siyabonga Maqungo<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to revive, for the first time in centuries, some of the sacral music written by baroque composers and kapellmeisters Carl Heinrich Graun and Johann Friedrich Reichardt and only now dug up by Stefan Schuck, head of the Vokalensemble sirventes Berlin.<\/p>\n
