Pursuant to his overwhelming successes in Benjamin Britten\u2019s \u201cDeath in Venice\u201d and Christian Kolonovits\u2019 musical \u201cVivaldi\u201d, Austrian counter-tenor\u00a0Thomas Lichtenecker<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0now takes up the role of Mostro in Francesca Caccini\u2019s\u00a0\u201cLa liberazione di Ruggiero dall\u2019isola d\u2019Alcina\u201d<\/a>, the first production of the new management of the Musiktheater an der Wien.<\/p>\n
