Christoph Gedschold conducts this revival of Claus Guth\u2019s classic production.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Under the slogan &#8220;Music Against War&#8221;, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.saechsischer-musikrat.de\/projekte\/landesjugendorchester\/54-projekt-herbst-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Landesjugendorchester Sachsen (Saxony Youth Orchestra)<\/a> is offering a series of concerts, with Siyabonga Maqungo performing the tenor part of Benjamin Britten\u2019s \u201cWar Requiem\u201d; the South-African-German cooperation also includes the Singakademie Dresden, the Symphony Choir Johannesburg and the Sinfonietta Dresden under Ekkehard Klemm and Richard Cock.
