Perhaps we can also show them that time in a concert hall\u2014turning off mobile phones and laptops, the live experience shared with other people, immersing ourselves in the emotions the music conveys\u2014can be an equally direct path to meditation. Along the way, we can gently set aside other thoughts as they arise and immerse ourselves fully in the here and now.
