Hofmannsthal and Strauss allude to the real-world \u201cFiakermilli\u201d who was, in 19th-century Vienna, famous for her Wienerlied singing and infamous for her scandalous attire and behavior. Ilia Staple will perform alongside Camilla Nylund as Arabella and Michael Volle as Mandryka.
