Tamara Ivaniš, the young soprano voice from Croatia, has been heard of and talked about, among others for her performances at the Salzburger Landestheater as Flaminia in Haydn’s “Il mondo della luna”, Ilia in Mozart’s “Idomeneo”, Lisetta in Donizetti’s “La gazetta”, and as Olympia in Offenbach’s “Les Contes d’Hoffmann”. Rolando Villazón now invited her to his new concert series “Couch concerts” which presents a blend of music and anecdotes, Mr. Villazón acting as MC. Ms. Ivaniš is to be the soloist for the second concert of the series, with a programme that includes Mozart’s concert aria KV 294 “Alcandro, lo confesso” — “Non sò d’onde viene” and Linda’s recitativo and aria from Donizetti’s “Linda di Chamounix”: “Ah! Tardai troppo” — “O luce di quest’anima”
